Persons desiring to present information verbally on matters of fact or make a request of Council shall give notice to the Clerk not later than Noon on the Wednesday immediately preceding the meeting of Council.

Please include a written brief, outlining the subject matter of the presentation.

Such presentations shall be limited to fifteen minutes.
