No person shall park a vehicle on any Village Street between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 8:00 a.m., from the 1st day of December until the 31st day of March, to assist in the plowing and proper removal of snow.
Any vehicle found parked will be removed at the owner’s expense and the owner shall be subject to a fine.
